Furnizziture!
That's right. No more livin on the floor for yours truly. This is my newly fabulous living roo
m. Gonna put a tree in the corner to hide the speaker wires and some crap on the walls. Not the kind monkeys throw mind you. The kinda people put on the walls to take up space. Had to rent a Ryder van to get the couch home. Only $25, not bad. My fingertips are numb from guitarring. Yes, I verbed it. Muster was at 0730 this morning, as usual, only today rather than signing in and going running we met up at the base chapel. The navy did their thing, while MSgt Lucas informed myself and my blue clad compatriots that there was "No news." No news, of course, being the very best news we could all hope to hear. Life will go on being cushy for another week barring any unforseen circumstances - although, as I think about it, this IS the military so unforseen circumstances requiring more work is almost a certainty.

Man, you said you don't have any talent with interior decorating. This pic certainly shows that you do.

Thanks. More sense than humility says a lot of luck is involved. =P I like it though. Gonna be a really pleasant place to live. My first home in essence.

Hehe, your first home, huh? Don't the other appartments in college count?
Nifty couch. Like the plants. Don't forget that you have to pour this stuff called H20 on the plants. Well, not the plants, on the soil. Just thought I'd give you that nifty piece of info. =o)
No, but really. Looks very nice!

Thanks Kt. =) I think they may hate me. I water them too much if anything. They're growing like weeds - which they're not. =P I figure I'll be in this place for a while, and I'm the only one here so I'm thinking of it as home rather than temporary, which is a new thing. How's little Ben doing?

Hehe, the little mini-Ben is doing well. He likes to wake me up by tapdancing on my bladder. And he just made my bellybutton pop out. "bing!" So weird!
Sounds like a good outlook on the "home" thing. For Ben and me, this appartment is the first "real" home, because we both chose it together, and both decorated it!
